Hi, I'm Alicia Cash. I grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and went to college at Michigan Technological University where I earned a degree in Engineering and a minor in Theater arts. I returned to the land of my forbearers and settled down in southern Indiana with my husband and two children.
I'm an engineer by training, a microscopist by inclination and an author and artist by long time love and devotion. My stories always feature the fantastical and humorous whether I am writing science fiction, poetry, fantasy, or children’s books. I currently work in southern Indiana as a Metallurgical Engineering Associate running a Scanning Electron Microscope performing failure analysis on broken engine parts. I'm also is a watercolor artist and illustrator. My work is displayed in galleries in Southern Indiana.
